What Is Embody The Sacred℠?
Embody The Sacred℠ is a 12-week one-on-one program that supports positive, lasting change in the direction of your goals. It includes:
Six(6) 60-minute one-on-one sessions in-person OR remote, via Zoom
Six(6) 60-minute Reiki sessions in-person OR remote, via Zoom
The program is structured around the understanding that any emotional state carries an energetic frequency. This frequency runs in the background and is the foundation upon which you co-create your reality, your physical health and overall well-being.
This program is designed for those who are ready to bring intentional awareness to what's running in the background, provide a structured, safe space to ask if what's being created is what is desired, and if not, gain understanding of what is desired to create significant and meaningful change in the direction of your goal(s).
With this program, you will learn:
How to identify your underlying emotional and energetic frequencies
Become aware of how and what they create in your life; health, relationships, environment, etc.
What patterns and behaviors keep these underlying frequencies in place
That the body is a navigational system - a compass - that provides data via thoughts, emotions, sensations
How to be in relationship with this data to discern and choose what is correct for you
The difference between what is conditioned or learned thought, behavior, action, etc. versus authentic and aligned action and choice
What is sacred to you
How to set attainable and actionable steps to move from your current reality to your highest stated vision of Sacred Embodiment
