Reiki - the practice of channeling universal life force energy or spiritually guided life force energy (divine love) for healing and well-being.
Reiki is a energy healing technique that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system by promoting relaxation and reducing stress, thus shifting the body from a sympathetic (fight-or-flight) state to a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state.
At Marilynn Rose, the practice of Reiki is sacred. It is a modality that provides healing and serves as a bridge to make connections between what’s present emotionally and energetically to what’s present physically.
Here’s How it Works!
There are seven main energy centers inside the body known as chakras.
Chakras store information and energies and constantly receive and release energy related to various physical, mental, emotional, spiritual aspects of being.
The aura is the energy body that surrounds the physical body.
It has seven layers, and each layer is related to a corresponding chakra.
The quality of the aura, and what is held in the aura, can change depending on what’s happening in the environment and the energetic information that is received and released.
When an individual’s life force energy is balanced, that individual is considered to be at their baseline.
When their life force energy is imbalanced, there is an opening for dis-ease.
Reiki is hygiene.
Like a shower - for your energy body.
How does Reiki for The Energetics of Health℠ with Marilynn work?
Marilynn holds Reiki as a sacred practice, and she knows everything is energy before it is matter.
She understands that everything has an energetic line, blueprint or frequency, and that every energetic line has an associated emotion.
When you work with Marilynn, she’ll ask what energetic line you are on, and what associated emotions are attached?
She knows that we are more than just physical beings - we are multidimensional co-creators - and this underlying pairing of frequencies is what we create from.
What is present for us emotionally and energetically is often unconscious, and it’s responsible for what’s present in our life; our health, relationships, environment, etc.
The Logistics
All new participants schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation call to get acquainted. Upon booking a session, the participant will be prompted to complete a questionnaire to establish goals and desired outcomes for the session.
Upon booking a session, you’ll be prompted to complete a questionnaire. Because the underlying emotional and energetic frequencies are the baseline at which we create, the content invites you to become aware of the connection between your emotional and energetic frequencies and what this produces in your life.
We begin the Reiki session with an acknowledgement of what’s present for you. We talk about your questionnaire, and you’ll share some of what’s happening in your life and body.
During a reiki session, you remain fully clothed and lie on a comfortable massage table. Blankets and pillows are available if needed or desired.
Marilynn is a clear channel for universal life force energy (divine love) and places hands in areas where life force energy flows in and out of the energy body; on your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and energy centers in the body and head.
Although there is touch, there is no manipulation of the body. It is Marilynn’s role to be fully present with you and allow the Reiki to move through her and into you - to support you in your goal(s) for the session.
After Reiki is complete, Marilynn invites you to share about any shifts you experienced on the table, and we intentionally close the session.
Reiki sessions are 90-minutes / $180. Session structure includes the discussion of the content of the questionnaire, Reiki session, and intentional closing.
Please note it is encouraged for those who are new to Reiki to schedule a complimentary Follow-up Call 3-7 days after your session.
